We schedule clients until 7:00 PM Tuesday-Thursday and until 5:00 PM on Friday.
Walk-in shopping for gift cards and products is open Tuesday-Friday until 5:30 PM.
To arrange a Saturday pickup, please call or email in advance.

Community Engagement
Doing our part to help the community in philanthropic ways is of high value to us. With so much need, we have a process for all donation requests, including special criteria for selecting where our funds go.
We aim to support underserved populations with basic survival and safety needs.
We do not gift to schools and their affiliated programs, or religious and political organizations.
If you are seeking a donation, please submit all requests via email, and include specific details regarding the mission and organization in need, the event details (if applicable), what type of gift you are hoping to receive, and the deadline.

All Bespoke guests will check in on the 2nd floor, inside Five Star Salon.
Parking: Guests may park for free in the Five Star lot located off the north side of the building, and additional free parking is available across the street in the large lot off of Mound St, just up from River Drive.
All street parking on Mound is free.
